It is a single phase 1/3 HP 115 volt 6.9 amp motor with four wires coming out of it and no schematic... It would seem that the wires are somehow paired as they come out of the motor, T0 and T5 are together, and T1 and T8 are together. The motor has a set of brushes so I assume it is a universal motor.
