Many of the diagrams are close but not exactly identical to what is currently on any given Cub. I didn't fully check out your diagram. The generator/regulator appears to be wired incorrectly. The F wire on the generator goes to the regulator.

6v cutout wiring The wiring will depend on which you have and if it is a mag or battery/coil ignition system. The electrical systems on many were messed with. I have a 49 with a mag and a regulator and 48 with a coil and a relay. The schematics posted here are references but you have to be sure your cub is exactly the same as the posted schematics.
